Who administers the IAS/PCS exam and what is it?
State Public Service Commissions (such as UPPSC in Uttar Pradesh) administer the PCS (Provincial Civil Services) exam, while UPSC administers the IAS (Indian Administrative Service) exam. Officers are hired for administrative positions through both exams.
What is the difference between IAS and PCS exams?
